We remain actively helpful investors, not worrying about being a minority, always backing up founders from day zero. Entrepreneurs count on us for introductions, inking strategic partnerships, market intel, being their CXO and managing operational issues. Hema Kumar has 25 years of experience in Digital IT leadership, scaling up start-ups, capital raising, and providing strategic advisory to boards. He is a Non-Executive Board Member at GlobalMinds. The scaling of this Telford-based digital technology company is synonymous with Hema's leadership ability to grow disruptors and create
purpose-built partnerships for the success of digital start-ups. Hema also serves as Non-Executive Director of a Midlands-based construction technology start-up and as an advisory panel member at Telford College Digital Skills Hub.
Hema actively promotes the socio-economic value of entrepreneurship and volunteers as a Trustee to a mental health charity and is also Governor at a local Primary school with responsibility for academic attainment. He regularly raises donations for charities in the Midlands by running 10K and half marathons.

- Raised capital and completed funding of over £ 5 million in 5 years and transformed the technology start-up into a significant employer in Telford. Further, we came in as CEO and built digital products and services and the underlying multi-million-pound business.
- For a Midlands entrepreneur in construction, we injected funds to transform the idea into an AI-based prototype. We collaborated with our deep connections in IT and academia to develop MVP worth £250K.
- Networked with local partnerships, raised funds, and delivered a centre of excellence, creating T-level apprenticeships in digital skills and cloud computing.
