Leadership
Hema Kumar brings 20 years of experience in digital technology, business development and operational leadership. His professional background includes supporting the growth of a Telford-based technology business and developing services and revenue streams within education.
These experiences inform his practical approach to business strategy, team development and day-to-day delivery.
Hema also has experience volunteering as a trustee for a mental health charity, reflecting his interest in community wellbeing and the wider contribution businesses can make.
